On-site Event

The Base Layer, Ridgeline, and Calibrate material can be taught and expanded upon in a group setting.  A wonderful thing about an on-site experience is everyone gets on the same page; management and executive teams alike, everyone learns the material and common languages and belief systems are formed.

The event typically has a workshop feel where I facilitate engagement, discussion, and application specific to what you want; we must connect this workshop to specific things you are trying to accomplish.

On-site experiences begin with a discussion. As a prerequisite, spend some time capturing specific problems you’d like to see solved or outcomes you’d like to see achieved soon or, at most, within the next 3 years. Then, let’s connect using the form below to see what possibilities lie before us.
